Compact Pretreatment
The pre-treatment unit is a fully automatic stand-alone multi-function machine which combines several steps of wastewater treatment in one single compact unit.
The machine consist of a screening system with washing and compaction, an aerated sand/grit separation and removal system and a grease/fat separation and removal system.
The unit is used at the inlet works of treatment facilities to process different types of wastewater by removing Rags, Solids, Sand or Grit and Grease or Fat from the influent.
This novel machine replaces the bulky conventional pre-treatment facilities in concrete structure with smaller footprint and investment cost
